Feedburn, Baby, Burn

I am seriously considering switching to using Feedburner for my blog and comment feeds. This will allow people to subscribe via email without and special work on my part, as well as give me statistics and the possibility of feed ads down the road.

What I would REALLY like, is a way to indicate somehow the number of comments a particular post has on when a RSS feed entry is read. I don’t know if this is possible but I think it would be pretty cool. Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for me?
